A bad situation made right. After having body work done elsewhere, found that they messed up the lights. From the get go Cathy was wonderful. She explained everything to me and even brought me back to see what she was talking about. Niki showed me exactly what was the problem. I had to leave my car there over night waiting for parts. Awsome service I called for an appointment for service. I was not sure what was wrong with my car other than the check engine light was on and was making a squealing noise. I am glad that I am taken seriously as a woman who knows nothing about cars.I am never made to feel stupid or that my concerns are not taken seriously. I was able to have a loaner car and out of the dealership in less than an hour and was kept informed by Bill of the work that was being done.

1st rate service! I arrived 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment and was greeted by a service manager. Bill took my information and my (almost) new truck in for an oil change, tire rotation and 15 point check - all included with the purchase of the vehicle.
