Bought a Mazda ^ ough I used Ed Morse Mazda to purchase my Mazda 6 after I attempted to purchase a Mazda 6 at Wesley Chapel while trading in m,y 2016 Miata , and left Wesley Chapel Mazda thinking that I would not ever go back to Wesley Chapel Mazda. Oil change Brought in the vehicle for the scheduled maintenance (oil change). Vehicle was also checked for other components as well. Vehicle was run through the car wash afterwards. Tires nice and shiny!!

satisfied customer My service was done in a timely and courteous manner. My questions were answered in full. Hector was kind enough to show me how to use a color touch up pen by doing a few little spots on my car. I bought the pen of course.

Oil Change First service with no issues, I think with the older service rep it's more professional and prompt and just overall a better experience. I was told x amount of time and it was just that. About time! And they did what they said they would do.

Good Service I always feel good when I go to Ed Morse Mazda in Port Richey. My service manager, Hector Collazo, knows my name. Yesterday Catherine helped get me checked in because Hector was busy when I arrived. In the waiting room someone helped me figure out the coffee machine. Every employee that came through that room said "Hello." It is a friendly and homey environment. When the service was done, my car was shiny clean.

Mazda The purchase process of buying a new car is normally painfully long once the decision to buy is made. You have a bunch of information to review with the sales associate and seemingly review the same information with the credit manager. The process did not seem as long this time particularly with the credit manager.
