Awesome,honest service! Brought my 2002 Miata in for service,safety check and tires today. Hector was great, went above and beyond for me. Absolutely the BEST car dealership service center experience Ive ever had. Hector and everyone we encountered were friendly, professional and courteous. Ive finally found my Florida car service center!

Great experience always! Everyone is always so nice and friendly I’ve been a Mazda owner for over 5 years and always bring my car back because of how well we are treated. Last year we traded in my car for a SUV and it was also a great experience.

Great Service! Chris worked with me extensively on getting me a great deal on my new Mercedes! In the beginning we had to work out an agreement on the numbers to get me at the price I wanted. Chris was a genuine guy and realistic about the process through and through. He was also very personable and we talked about a lot of things in general, life, career etc. This made the experience even better as he knows how to balance selling cars with treating the customer like a real person and not just a deal. Hector took great care of our 15 year old RX8. When you drive a 15 year old Mazda sports car with a rotary engine and many other unique features there aren't many places that can diagnose or repair them. Hector has worked with me to resolve two problems perfectly and a 3rd (involving a dirty rat) I didn't even know about but was certainly happy to remedy. Our experience buying a car from Ed Morse Auto Plaza Chris Sims did a great job at taking care of us while purchasing a vehicle....what delayed the process was us being able to get USAA insurance to forward the proper documentation...we were taken care of in the meantime by Chris and his great people skills....good car shopping experience while fully entertained
