Used Car Purchase As always great job and a great deal. Just was a little disappointed when I got the Encore home it had a terrible scrape on the passenger side back rem. I know I was suppose to look over the car but something that bad should have been pointed out to me. I want a new rem. Please tell Jeff Perego call me.

Oil change Went for an oil change was greeted promptly and professionally. After the wirk was complete Bill went over everthing that was done to my truck. The part for my recall was ordered as well.

Air conditioner repair My 2011 Buick Enclave AC does not blow air to the face panel. I drove in and got it repaired the next day. Bill helped me get a loaned truck right from the lots, saving me a lot of time, and I did not miss any time at work.
Service Brought my 2012 Buick Enclave to the dealership for an oil change and a few other problems. Bill in the service department was totally helpful and caring . He demonstrated the utmost professionalism and was extremely thorough. How ever when I got in my vehicle to leave the dealership The dirty oily cabin filter was sitting on the passenger seat of the car. Along with the housing for the filter and two screws.
