I will never buy a car from this dealership ever again. And I will never recommend it to any of my friends or family.
All I have to say is that the sales people are horrible at keeping there word on calling customers back in a timely fashion. Every singe time I have called to find out we're I stand on a possibility of a deal the sales person I deal with tells me that they're going to call me back and then they don't
Offers were slap in the face. A couple key people from the Tom Ring era are still there so don't let them fool you into thinking it's all new people.
Lehigh Valley Community ALERT: Brown Daub Kia would be the last place in the Lehigh Valley where I would purchase an automobile. mainly due the silly, stupid, consumer embarrassing TV ad...."Gary, the Family Man", commercial. Your ad is an insult to the intelligence and purchasing ability of the automobile buyers in the Lehigh Valley. Are you really paying for your silly, invidious commercial? Please tell Gary he is not appealing to future Kia purchasers!!
I just had one of the worst experiences at your dealerships. I will never step foot your business again. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves treating customers the way you treated me. #awful
Horrible experience, my husband was having my car service. He inquired about trade options for a family car. After showing him cars out if our budget, he was show a sports car. After 6 hours of being harassed (all while he couldn't leave, holding my car hostage in the service center) they used their high pressure sales tactics to close the deal with him. Never will but a car there again. Sold a car to me that had an open recall on it. At the time was told we had to get fixed. Found out that the car shouldn't have been sold to me with the open call. The open recall is a safety issue. Not happy at all.
It would be nice if the managers would return calls and let you know what was going on. Instead they don't callback and then when you call they transfer you to extensions that just ring endlessly. Will not be doing business with them again. I will trade my vehicle in somewhere else.
