I was ripped off from the moment i looked up a car on their website n still am . This place is run by low life people who scam , steal and lie to hard working people. Then they don't even have the balls to call you back when they owe you money and they have ripped you off and sold you what you did not want in a car. Even Gary Lee doesn't care about his customers. Absolutely worst experience I ever had at a dealership. Their D rating with the BBB is actually higher than it should be they are definitely an F- I wouldn’t recommend them to my friends nor even my enemies. Lies after lies. If that’s how they treat their family, as they call it, wouldn’t want to be part of it. No was the biggest liar I ever met. They won’t even return the title to my car
I was taken advantage of and lied to by their finance guy Rob after purchasing my 2016 Optima on Nov. 24th, 2017. I was made to feel like I was getting a phenomenal deal which was absolutely false. I ended up getting screwed over and they were not willing to do anything to help rectify the situation. Prior to the purchase of my 2018 Sportage two weeks ago I was treated kindly as we should be when making huge purchase But, after I signed those papers I was so upset and could not believe how dishonest and how discouraging the two men who were so kind and helpful one day and simply horrible the next. Disappointing, was not a good experience. They refused to discuss anything with us after we asked them to just give us the asking price. They got out of their comfort zone when we asked them to skip their spiel and get down to brass tacks.
Worst experience with service I have ever had... no customer satisfaction whatsoever. Spent thousands for a repair and brought it back twice with issues. In addition, this was my third Kia, so I've been a good customer... no more!
LIES, LIES, LIES! RUN AWAY FAST!!! Spoke to them on the phone about prices and deals, go to the dealership and its a totally diffrent story and deal. They try to sell the car without showing it to you or you test driving it, then they come out with prices but show you NOTHING on paper. I asked to see numbers and when the guy came out with scribbled numbers on paper I new it was time to run.
