Terrible experience ! By the end of the phone call i was crying in tears with how i was treated ! Horrible customer service i definitely would not recommend this place. This isn’t the first time i was treated poorly here either. They treat me as if I’m uneducated and am lower class than them, as if they are better than people. I have a Kia Optima which i love and i usually get service done through brown daub Chevy where I purchased the vehicle but due to there being recalls and items under warranty I do have to use a Kia dea... read more

Worst experience ever sells used cars that have issues had a car for two months and been in the shop 3 times already for serious issues where one of the time the car shut off in the middle of the road I would not recommend this place. Vice President was very rude wanted me to keep my car there but have no car to go to work

Craig was very rude and lied to me. I was recently in for work on my fender and the work was half assed. Less than a week later the piece was falling off so I called and made a new appointment. Craig claimed it was my fault and was showing “damage” on pieces of my car that was not even worked on. My car is still under warranty but Craig did not want to deal with it at all. Bought a car from them back in 2018 I went to do a trade in and found out they turned the odometer back almost 33000 miles to make it look like it was low mileage. I will never take my newer car there or recommend friends or family to this place. Pretty sure the BBB is gonna love that. I know it was previous owners but this screwed me over. I have the car fax to prove it.

Never again will I buy a car here. Before I even made my first car payment I had problems. I was charged almost 300 dollars to fix one problem, even though the car had just been purchased. The service department told me since my car was under warranty for another problem it had to be taken to another dealer. Took to another mechanic and it was not even the problem Brown Daub stated it was!!! Now I’m having my 3rd major problem and I have not even had the car for a year!

RUN!! Go somewhere else - they are horrible -I wish I could do over and go back and do my research - their customer service sucks -the manager wont get on the phone, he avoids you like a scared kid..trust me -if you are taking your car here to have them pay it off -it takes them forever to do it so you either get reported to the Credit Bureaus or you have to keep paying it so you wont -yes - on a car you dont own anymore! Im gonna keep saying it - and tell everyone I know -go to Abeloff Kia instead ! Run from this place... read more
