honestly the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. we used ciocca previously for years and they were a dreammmm compared to brown-daub. unprofessional, not helpful, no one returns calls or has any answers. It’s AWFUL. 0/10, do NOT recommend.

I held off leaving a review for this dealer anywhere in the hope they would make things right, or at least do the bare minimum to keep me informed and return my calls. I'm extremely disappointed in the service department at Brown-Daub Kia of Easton, and Kia in general. Brought in for warranty work which did not correct the problem and after the second follow up visit, my car engine was taken apart without any form of authorization from me (verbal, written, or otherwise). Never had a worse experience at a business as what I’ve experienced with the service center over the last 4 months. Complete ineptitude is the most generous way I can describe the “front of the house” staff running the service center. I experienced zero communication, customer service and professionalism from the lady supposed to be managing the service center. Have filed complaints with Kia corporate, who have communicated with me more in the last hour than this dealership managed to do since November

Yes, normally BUT… not after this last visit!! I dropped my car off at 6:35AM for an appointment. The service department opened at 7:00 am. I placed my keys in the envelope and the envelope in the Dropbox as instructed to do when arriving after hours. I went to work and returned 9 hours later and my car was still parked in the same spot. I can't recommend them when they add a $5000 marketing charge to new vehicles while other dealers do not. I will be buying a a Honda instead of a KIA. I have no problems with the service department which is great.

Ease of appointment. Friendliness. One thing though, unhappy about oil changes. I have numerously complained about oil leaking all on my garage floor and driveway afterwards. Asked every time for Tech to comletely dismantle my bottom shield that collects the oil from change.
My Fiancé and I went into Brown Daub Kia to purchase a Kia Forte GT Line on Friday 11-26-2021. Their advertisement states they are not selling cars over MSRP, however, after agreeing to the deal at $25,100 MSRP. The dealership presented us with paperwork stating that it was REQUIRED for us to buy the following: Extended Warranty at $2500, Gap Insurance $1000, and tire and wheel protection for $600.
