Twice I have to work done in my car that took more than one day. I so appreciate getting updates on the progress of the repairs. I've been having service work at this dealership for the past 6 years and have never had an issue.

Came in for a recall. I wish they would have told me how long this would take. The correction took days longer than I anticipated. I had the foresight to book a loaner, not that they told me to but if I had not booked the loaner I would have been out a car for a long time. They never really explained the repair and how it affected the vehicle until I asked. Everyone was helpful and friendly and the work did get done, so all is well.

They fixed the problem but it took a long time (10+ days), and communication of status during the job was poor. On the positive side, my rep was able to get the repair covered by the extended warranty.
