Service personnel were very courteous and eager to get me checked-in and efficiently waited upon. I made the appointment 2 weeks prior to service date, yet recall parts were not available & have to be ordered. No recall repair accomplished !
After 3 days of snow and ice, car wouldn't start. Old battery replaced and all is well. Prompt, courteous, expert, repair from the mobile unit. So very pleased and appreciative.

Susan Jordak did a great job by truthfully letting me know that I didn't need front brakes on my F150. They only replaced my rear rotors and pads, saving me hundreds of dollars! You should also trust the service of your car or truck to Susan and Billy Howell Ford's service department.
