Promptly processed in, performed requested work, addressed recalls, completed work earlier than expected.
The technician was wonderful and prompt. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that they didn't complete the service I was told they were coming to complete. Basically he came to my house for nothing, but he was a super friendly guy and I don't think it was his fault. He was given bad information.
I called for same day service and was granted the precise time agreed upon! As usual, the service advisor and shop team were game-on professionals. 10 years and two vehicles purchased and serviced here. Couldn't be better.
