Billy Howell Service is the best in the area of all Ford service locations for their service professionalism and quality of work completed. AND they can be trusted unlike others in the area.
The people at service are nice but they didn't fix the problem. We asked them to fix an annoying loud sound that was coming from passenger's door. Initially they let us know that they figured out what caused it, but when we got the car back it was still there.
