Great customer service and did what they had to do.
This time it took more time than I been there for previous appointments, and still break inspection didnt completed even though I did the regular servicing where usually they done this inspection. Other than that everything was good.
Their service was good. You were never contacted by a customer service rep for the 4 and 1/2 hours I was there. I contacted them after about 3 hours to see what was going on. The visit would have been much more comfortable had they contacted you periodically and let you know how your vehicle was doing and approximately when it would be available.
Charles was very professional, have done everything I needed to do. Just two things to improve, Duration for the repair was extended, it was expected to finish by afternoon, but service team took until late evening. you need to have enough loaner cars, when I purchased the navigator black label , they promised me that they will have loaner cars, but when I need the service , always they say, no appointment or no loaner car. your staff is excellent.
Their service advisors should let their customers know what's going on with their vehicle and when it will be ready. I was there for 4 and 1/2 hours and after 3 hours I went to check to see what was going on with my vehicle. The service they did was fine. It's just they left you in the dark as to what was going on.
Good people!!! Fast courteous service pays attention to details. I have bought three vehicles from Billy Howell in the last four years. Have no intentions of shopping elsewhere.

Everything was done to my satisfaction! However, my check engine light was on and service mgr said I would have to come back during the week to have it check as I was only in for oil change & tire rotation! No service personnel was working on sat! Said the light was emission related!
