After receiving the notice that Ford has provided the necessary parts to repair a recall on my car, I called Billy Howell Ford Service. Charles Washington scheduled an appointment for a few days out while knowing that I also had a check engine light that needed diagnosis and subsequent repair. I bought my car new a this Ford Dealer 15 years ago. Its the first time it has been back to them for service. I went back because the Ford Dealer near me did not honor our appointment time. The work they did seems OK. Outside of chipping the paint on the door edge and leaving black greasy stuff marks in the door jams I guess thats what you can expect today. Lucky for me I am a professional mechanic. I have maintained this car. Its been home schooled.
