Team was friendly but I was annoyed that the left side shop door was broken and when they opened for the morning no one cared to come say anything to me about it and just let me sit there and watch several other cars get serviced that came after me. No clised sign or anything I had to walk in and ask them about it after 15 minutes of sitting and waiting.
I had an open safety recall on my Ford Explorer for over a year because other dealerships couldn't get the parts in. Billy Howell was able to get the parts within a week and on top of that completed the service through their mobile van service in my driveway in under an hour! (I had been quoted would take DAYS at another dealership!) Could not be more thrilled with their service and professionalism! Highly recommend!
