The shop and all did a fine job, but I was wondering what the poor people do when something like this happens?
My husband went in for an appt for a recall. He learned they could do the fix through their mobile unit. The following Monday, I received notification they would be at my home in 15-30 minutes. I provided the keys, they completed the repairs right in my driveway. Couldn't have been easier.
