They make it so easy, just drop off before the appointment time, and get a text when it's ready for pick up. They wash it and bring it around, and my service advisor, Susan Jordak, is my fav, she takes great care of me when I come in!
This was a straightforward service appointment for oil and filter change, and tire rotation. The service was completed in a timely way. I have always received excellent service from Billy Howell Ford.
