Buying a car from Tri-Star was pretty painless. I told them I needed my car paid off that I was trading in in order to purchase the newer one. They did exactly that, and I drove off in my new purchase. Our salesman, John Plummer, was so easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and took very good care of us.
