Ross and Tom worked well with us. We called ahead of time and explained the payments we were looking for and that our trade was wrecked that morning. They still offered us more on the trade than the other tri star locations (before it was wrecked) and got us in a 2018 Jeep! Ross also walked us through all the options before we drove off. I would recommend seeing Ross for his honesty and Tom for knowing what vehicle would work for us!

This was our first time going to Tri Star and it was a fantastic experience! Tom and Josh were absolutely the best to work with. No games and straight to the point.
