I got my car during Memorial Day weekend. I could not be happier with how the process went. I was in a not so great situation with my previous car but Sebastian and Rocky were able to make it happen and get me into my dream car. The car itself drives smoothly, and makes driving enjoyable again. The time, effort and care these gentlemen put into helping my mom and me was above and beyond.

Fantastic customer service from Miguel and Diego in the service department. They walked me through everything that was needed for my vehicle vs. trying to upsell me on services that weren't really necessary. Definitely going back for my next service!

Bought a new Forester Subaru. Had my old Subaru serviced at this dealership for the past 5 years. All the experiences have been positive, but especially with buying the new car secondary to the very professional friendly service of Kamiran Mardam. He is knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure my partner and I were comfortable with all the safety features of our car. The changes of the Forester in 5 years are awesome!

Had an issue with my car and Michael from the service center took care of me. Can't say enough of his superb customer service along with the overall experience from drop off to pick up. Thank you Michael and to Subaru Long Beach. I bought my car here 6 years ago and would be happy to go back as it's an excellently massaged dealership/service center.

Have been coming here a long time for service, and when my old Subaru was totaled by someone running a red light, we knew without a doubt we wanted another Subaru and that Timmons would be our place!
