I live in Long Beach, but bought my auto from OC Subaru 3 years ago, and just go in the habit of taking it there for service. Today though-- while I was on the 55 Freeway, they changed signs and I got lost. Anyway to make a long story short. I called Timmons, they took me right away for not only oil change service but changed out batteries in that were low in my key. My husband and I went to Timmons Subaru on 7/19/25 and 7/21/25 to buy a new Subaru Crosstrek. The experience was great! They saved me a lot of money compared to what Subaru Pacific wanted to charge and were really helpful with repair on 2020 Ascent. Subaru Pacific identified issues after my warranty expired. Subaru of America offered to cover a significant portion of the roughly $10,000 estimate, but I was still going to be paying ~ $2000. I had Timmons Subaru check the car out. Chris Price from the Service Department has helped me the last few times I came to Timmons Subaru and he's always been super helpful and professional. I just wanted to give him and his team a shout out. They do really well with our Ascent as well and even discovered an issue with the vehicle that was covered under our warranty, that I didn't notice while driving, and they fixed it and gave us a courtesy vehicle to use while they had our car. I recently got a Subaru Solterra from this location. George Layolan was incredibly helpful. He was upfront about all the costs and what my options were. We purchased a Crosstrek yesterday (6/1/25) for my sister, and I have to say the experience was wonderful. Our salesperson Russell Csonka was fantastic. When my sister realized she didn't have collision and comprehensive insurance, Russell offered to drive the car to my sister's house to close the sale. Russell really went the extra mile in so many ways, taking the time to explain the features of my sister's Crosstrek. I highly recommend using Timmons Subaru and Russell Csonka if you are considering purchasing a Subaru.
