I have been taking my car for regular service since 2020 and Michael Sandoval has been my service advisor. I can't express how pleased I am with the service Michael has provided me throughout the years. It is because of Michael that I continue to get all my auto service needs taken care of at Timmons.

Despite my initial frustrations on option for uber, this facility is always very fast with their services and turnaround usually it doesn't feel like my car is taken for that long. They missed a TPS light during my last service, I communicated my concern, they told me that they didn't see any light only to find out that their tech forgot to add it to the service summary. The csr made it right and offered to correct it the next time; this is how you know they keep their teams accountable to great quality work.

I think that like most people car buying is one of my least favorite things to do but a huge necessity. The folks at Timmons made that experience much easier and less painful than several of my past experiences. We used the Costco Auto Buying Program which made the process even easier. Our contact Sabri Algaza was very courteous and not at all pushy. Big shout out to the Service Department, most notably, Danny, who was my service advisor during my visit there. From when I pulled up until I left they were very nice, friendly and professional. Danny walked me through all the things they were going to do to my car, all their concerns once they did their inspection, and what all needed to be addressed and taken care of.
