cindy Not really sure why there was duct tape left on the rear where they worked on my van. the charge was more than i thought for the key, code reset and fob.
Great service! Staff was very helpful, gave us all the time and attention we needed. We were able to complete our purchase in one afternoon.
Dave Carwell it cost more than I expected, I thought I was getting the "works service package for $39.95, but it ended up costing me $52.00 instead. I was not happy about that
Poor Service!!! Had my vehicle there for service didn't receive calls back when told and bought my vehicle in May and was told I could get a car wash anytime and well today I tried for the first time and was told they wouldn't have time from 2 guys standing in the lot by the door talking to each other they both work there also Sincerely Very disgusted Customer
Ripped off Do not buy from tenvoorde, their service stops the minute you drive away. Kolin in finance basically stole from me. Not only will I not buy another car from tenvoorde, but I will never buy another ford again.
Recall Visit I went to the location and was told I had to make an appt for a recall visit. So I went home, grabbed my work schedule and made an online appt. There was no indication on how long the repair would be on the website. When I went to the appt they told me that they didn't have me listed but that the website does that to them all the time. Good to know Good to read the last review. We were there tonight TO BUY A NEW CAR. Not one person stopped to talk to us. One guy drove right by us twice on a golf cart and didn't even make eye contact. We probably looked 'poor' because we were dressed in our 'at home clothes' but we needed to go car shopping since someone hit us last night and totalled our car. Very poor customer service Went in to buy a new vehicle. 5-6 sales people were standing by the front door. Not one single person greeted me. I continued on to the receptionist who was very helpful. I then waited on the couches for approximately a 1/2 hour. During this time the sales people were discussing customers and fighting over who would have to take the poor looking customers.
