Horrible customer service The purchase of our 2017 Fusion went very well. At the time, they had the best sales manager in the business. He has since left. I brought my car in Wednesday, April 26th because it had an oil leak. After not hearing anything from them, my husband called them the following Monday. After sale service and time of sale misinformation I purchased as 2008 Ford Escape which I hoped would give me a few years of good service. I was informed that Tenvoorde Ford does a thorough inspection of the vehicle prior to putting it on the lot. Well eight months later, less then 3,000 miles of driving and two months after they did an oil change the little red wrench warning light comes on telling me the vehicle needs service. 2011 f350 The jack and handle for the spare tire to be installed are missing and I am waiting to see if you come through with getting me one. Also the check engine light came on after day 2 of owning it and I am also waiting to see if you are going to take care of that. These two items being taken care of will truly tell me the customer service of the dealership.

Quick Lane service visit. Had vehicle serviced at Quick Lane. Had them rotate wheels and noticed they were using air impact tools to tighten lug nuts. Should have said something right away. Now experiencing slight vibration at highway speeds.

Some helpful people one poor employee The process of getting my truck fixed took 2 or 3 months. It started with communicating with a regional rep named Paul who directed me to contact Chad at your dealership. After a few failed attempts to reach Chad I opted to make an appointment online through that system. When I arrived at the dealership I was unable to find Chad and began working with Dave. Retired Will no longer recommend anyone to Tenvoorde Ford because of what happened to our son who was the Service Manager. Service has always been good but we will no longer do any business with Tenvoorde

Extra services end up costing way more than told I have a Platinum package on my 2013 Taurus. Every single time I come in to have cleaning, etc. done (which I have already paid for) I am told it will take 2-3 hours. I need to 'rent' a car as I don't live in the area so have driven 30 miles to have this done and I'm not happy about having to pay for a loaner car, which is the least of the issues. Every single time it takes 5-6 hours! Now, I may need an oil change, etc. when I have this done because it is after all 30 miles aw... read more

Extended schedule Service to the truck was just fine. It was the delay in getting things done when I expected to get the truck back that same late afternoon on Monday. Someone else was put in front of me to get their vehicle done. Delayed getting my vehicle back to late Wednesday PM.
