Dante Paul provided exceptional customer service the entire time I was there. He was very professional. He listened to my concerns and thoroughly answered any questions I had. I went in thinking that I was just going to browse BUT drove away in a sweet ride, because of the hassle free process he provided. I am always satisfied with the Scott Kia (Springfield) team in general and would absolutely recommend Dante and this specific location to anyone!

Dealership had a great selection of used cars, at pretty competitive prices (compared to other dealerships). Service was great, and they were accommodating and really worked with me. I was a difficult customer who made a lot requests to ease my mind buying a used car, and Dante really worked with me, advocated for me, and accommodated my requests.
