Purchasing my 2022 Kia K5 from Dante at Scott Kia was a smooth and pleasant experience! Back in October, I was told the one and only 2022 K5 was going to arrive in mid-Jan...but given the global supply chain issues affecting the auto industry (NOONE had this car in-stock) I had extremely low expectations and said I'd wait till Jan because, frankly, I had no choice. Dante was a great salesman he greeted me right away and was very attentive and knowledgeable. Working with Dante was an easy and friendly process. Buying a car is a very different process these days but he communicated via phone, email and text and made sure I was kept up to date on my car delivery. Scott Kia has been servicing my car for over 5 years. The service department has done a great job in repairs and simpler things like oil changes. They are courteous and inform you of what needs to be done and how much before beginning to work on your car. The team works together nicely. There is a nice waiting area and bathrooms. There is a shuttle service to take you home if you choose to not wait. I enjoy sitting at the window and watching them work on the cars.
