Good morning yes I did have a very pleasant time getting my car service the gentleman was very patient and very tentative to all my needs he asked me was it anything that he could help me with make sure I knew what was going on with the car from start to finish with a kiwi

My preferred dealership to go to for service. The employees that I interacted with were all very pleasant. Jim, the employee who helped me, was very helpful. He saw me standing in line and helped me check in and talked with me about the service I was getting and answered all of my questions. The only negative thing about my experience, which is no fault to them as things happen, was that my wait time was longer than quoted and I had to seek employees out to inquire about the status of my vehicle as opposed to the employees f... read more
