My salesman, Mannie, was great. He was courteous , kind and very helpful. We had a few issues with the car that we noticed when we got home and he handled them professionally and expeditiously.
i was near the end of a lease agreement with hyundai and inventory there was very limited and more than what was in my budget so i went to the kia dealer to get information on a kia forte gt . Dave greeted my when i arrived and set me up with Dante a sales rep . and after showing me what was available and reviewing my needs and budget i took a test drive . Jeff and I had a few "bumps in the road" in the beginning, but in the end, Jeff went the extra mile to ensure the process transpired as agreed and seamlessly. On the day of delivery, Jeff took his time to go over all the "ins and outs" included with the KIA K5 and was very well-versed on this model. When leaving the dealership, it was discovered the second key fob was not in my possession. Jeff offered to drop it off to me the next day. Very clean and very busy. Service department does quality work, but you have to book out an appointment usually a month in advance.
