Thomas was very helpful and straightforward with information without putting pressure on us. He went above and beyond by fixing a problem with my iPhone while we were waiting to get into the finance department to close out our purchase on a busy day at their dealership. He also called us and stayed around at the end of the day for us to come back and pick up something he noticed we had left in our trade in.

I am a returning customer to Scott Kia Springfield. When I came in and Dante was very nice and Delco Dave assured me that they would do everything in their power to assist me with getting approved. I wasn’t assured. My credit is below 500 and I knew that I would not get approved. Not only did they get me approved, they didn’t make me feel like I was irresponsible with my credit.
