Thomas was very helpful and straightforward with information without putting pressure on us. He went above and beyond by fixing a problem with my iPhone while we were waiting to get into the finance department to close out our purchase on a busy day at their dealership. He also called us and stayed around at the end of the day for us to come back and pick up something he noticed we had left in our trade in.
