Great service, Very efficient, and helpful. They do a nice job explaining work and seeking approval before moving forward. Prices are fair.
Thomas was very helpful and straightforward with information without putting pressure on us. He went above and beyond by fixing a problem with my iPhone while we were waiting to get into the finance department to close out our purchase on a busy day at their dealership. He also called us and stayed around at the end of the day for us to come back and pick up something he noticed we had left in our trade in.
Had maintenance service, state inspection and recall item taken care of while I waited. Work was done earlier than expected and I am very happy with the quality of service provided.
Tiffany Hall is the best! This is the second Kia I've bought with her assistance. She is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Buying a car can be very stressful, but not with Tiffany. She is very relaxed and no pressure to buy.

I am a returning customer to Scott Kia Springfield. When I came in and Dante was very nice and Delco Dave assured me that they would do everything in their power to assist me with getting approved.
