Chris made the entire service experience smooth and pleasant. He clearly explained what to expect as well as made me aware of an alignment issue. I was given the complete tour of the waiting area including snacks and complementary WiFi. When my vehicle was ready I was extremely happy to find out that it was washed and cleaned.
