Far and away the best dealership service experience I've ever had. They not only diagnosed and repaired a problem missed by 2 other Kia service centers, but they did all the heavy lifting with Kia International to make sure that it was still covered under factory warranty, saving me lots of time and stress! And Mr. Julius Walter...super thumbs up to you! You were a big part of making this experience the least stressful repair experience I've ever had!
Easy process from start to finish! Very accommodating staff. Went in with a clear idea of what I wanted and they were able to make that happen.
Everyone is always so welcoming from the time you check in to the time you depart.
I lives Dave Gaudino and Vinnie. Very accommodating, and patient with my many questions. Once I bought the car the paperwork was too long “ getting printed”. I realize some of that could have been my fault because some things needed to be changed. Vinnie was very helpful getting my insurance issues situated. I would very much recommend Scott Kia, Vinny and Dave.
Dante was great and he helped me find the car I was looking for!! The process was quick and easy. Highly recommended!
Tiffany and Delco Dave are Awesome. Took time with us and fully explained our options pros and cons In a pleasant environment. The “Juice” was definitely loose, Dave’s energy was contagious and welcoming. Tiffany sold us our 1st car some years back and I’m so glad she’s still part of their team. Scott Kia is alright with us. This review is a little late, however I wanted to take the time to commend Hassan Arouah and others at Scott Kia for the service and support I received when buying my first car. Hassan was very helpful and patient with me as he answered my many questions and helped me navigate my first car buying experience. I would definitely recommend Scott Kia to others. Wonderful service and overall pleasant experience.
Service consultant was helpful and my car ready ahead of promised time. They also did complimentary check up and car wash.
I came in with a 2014 Chrysler Town & Country. Delco Dave and Dante worked their magic and I left the dealership in a 2021 Chrsyler Voyager. Thanks for your help fellas! My family and I greatly appreciate it
