Great experience. This was my first time at Scott Kia. Having been in the automobile business for many years before retiring I was unsure how pushy the salesperson would be. awsome, didn't waste my time and got a deal done came in for service on my 2016 Kia Sorrento, got it done then took a look at new cars. Hasson helped us and understood that our car only had 14,000 miles and we didn't need a car unless we were WOWED on a new one. Showed us all nice cars, let us drive one, with no pressure at all found a Sportage ES and got it into that car at the same price as our old one. Great guy up front and honest. It was great working with Robert Robb, A salesman that actually listens before he speaks. 1st new car purchase in sime time From the beginning every facet of my car purchase at Scott Kia was professional and pleasant. I initially was looking for a low mileage 2015 Sorento but ended up buying a "gently used" 2017 Sorento demo off the show room floor. The price was exceedingly fair as was my trade-in valuation. Scott Kia I just leased a car at Scott Kia yesterday and had a great experience! I walked in and asked for a salesman and they sent me to Dan H. He was very personable and was educated with the leasing process. I’ve never leased before and had no idea what I was doing. He answered ALL my questions I had and made me feel confident about leasing my new car. I love my new car and also loved all the staff that was there to help.
