An amazing helpful guy! I had a lot of issues with a previous car I bought. Ed was calm and patient with me the whole time and helped get me a great deal so by the time I left the dealership I was happy and smiling. Thanks again Ed!!! Also, Bob Flick bent over backwards for me to make sure I got my new car ASAP. Dan is great! I came to Kia Scott of Springfield to buy a CPO Kia Forte in March 2018. Having recently moved to the USA, it was my first time buying a car here so I can’t really compare with other dealerships. But I can say that Dan was really helpful and he put no pressure at all on my wife and I while we were testing several cars. He took time to answer my questions by email before I make my choice. Plus very friendly conversations with him at the dealership. I recommend dealing with Dan.

Won’t go to any other salesman! I have been a loyal customer of Bob Flick since 2005 and have only gotten Lincoln/Ford brand vehicles. Heard he is now with Scott Kia of Springfield, so it looks like when my lease is up, Bob & Kia is the way to go! I’ll for sure be stopping by the dealership to see Bob and purchase my new future Kia!

Amazing So I was out just on a wawa run with my cousin. I was out looking for a car to purchase within a month because I was selling my old car. I ended up meeting Hassan at Kia and he was just the greatest person to meet and talk to. He found a car in my price range and I was able to walk out with My brand new car. If you are looking for a car, Hassan is the guy for you to talk to.

Superior customer focused service I recently decided to purchase a new car. After extensive research I decided on a 2018 Kia Sportage SX turbo.
