"Great Car Buying Experience" This past weekend my wife and I purchased a 2017 Ford Fusion Titanium. Mark Jones was my salesperson. Superior Customer Service Mason Koch is an amazing service representative. He is always polite and respectful. The atmosphere is clean and cool. The wireless is fast and I am able to work as the work is done on my vehicle. I highly recommend the dealership for vehicles and Mason for Service.

Very Pleased I took my truck in for a routine maintenance. This included an oil change, tire balance and rotation. The technician found an issue with one of my tires. Instead of putting the tire back on and not saying anything, the service team at Ryan Ford wanted to keep my truck to make sure the tire issue was resolved. Ryan Ford loaned me a vehicle until my vehicle was ready the next day. Brad, Mason and Tyler are great assets to Ryan Ford in Sealy, Texas. Thank You!!!!

Mason Saves the Day Great Service Saturday morning we headed out to go to Houston and when we go into Sealy our air conditioning went out and our battery light came on. We were 2 miles from Ryan Ford. We made it there and we really needed to get to some places that day and we were on a tight schedule. They did not have any cars available. Great Service Saturday morning I headed out to do errands. I got into my 2015 Ford Escape and The battery was dead. I am seldom under the hood of my Escape, I usually leave that up to Ryan Ford. I called Ryan Ford and asked for service, thanking the skies that they were even open. Mason Koch answered, and explained Brad was not there today and how busy they were.
