Great experience! Looking for a car your always scared your going to get hassled into getting something not for you. Well I can honestly say I will be back Jonathan Rodriguez is a great salesman a true people's person he didnt make me feel rushed or forced into getting something I might regret later. Customer Service Connoisseur! As I was trying to inquire some information on my next vehicle, Mr.Rodriguez answered my phone call. He took the time to explain to me why Ryan Ford was my number one choice for me. As I know I can be a handful he still answered all my questions with extreme detail and great grammar. Best experience! Johnathan Rodriguez was the one who helped me pick out a used car, and it was so simple and easy and took a lot of pressure off of my shoulders. He knows his cars and has excellent customer service, I was nervous about coming in but he treated me like family. The process was fast and easy and very comfortable! Jonathan Rodriguez !! Outstanding service, impeccable professionalism, outstanding knowledge from what I could gather in my visit with him.
