Service onFord Escape Ryan Ford is the best. My car has 19,000 miles and the service engine light came on. I went to the dealership (in Houston) where I purchased the car and they did not have time to look at my car. I was told to drive the car at my on risk. I drove to Sealy, TX and Ryan Ford quickly looked at the car and determined it was ok to drive until they had a opening for me to schedule service. Excellent service I can be happier with this service department. They always get my truck in and out in a timely manner. They let me know when they find a potential problem and what the cost of repairs will be. They also recognize me as a loyal customer since I bought my truck here and have had all the service and repair done at the dealership. They get me any discounts or insensitive Ford offers when possible. I highly recommend this service team.
