Purchase of a new truck I came into Ryan Ford and met with Travis as he called me within a few minutes of me expressing interest in a 2017 F250 Platinum they had on the lot. Outstanding Customer Service Clayton our Service Advisor was outstanding, he provide service above and beyond, we limped in pulling a 38' 16k lb 5th wheel, with an issue related to our turbocharger, he go our truck in for an assessment, told us it would be an hour before the diesel mechanic since he just went to lunch. He had some one take us into town so we could have lunch, upon our return, he told us th necessary part would be in hand the next day, he had found USA place to stay at Stephen F Austin state park. Excellent dealership I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years and for the first time in my life, I actually felt good when I left the dealership! Nick Tirey was my sales person and he shot me straight from the beginning, he was extremely personable, took plenty of time showing me all the features on my truck, and overall was just the best I’ve ever dealt with!

Great Group to Work With! Quick and Efficient! Even though I live more than 50 miles away from Ryan Ford, the staff treated me very professionally and like we knew each other for years.
