Routine service and inspection Did not have to wait. They found a minor problem and let me know about it. Easy because I can be at work and they will bring the car back to me if I can't pick it up.

Oil Change and Tire Rotation I live in Katy but will continue to drive out to the dealership for service, because they go above and beyond for me. They are a small town environment and I appreciate that. I could choose to go to several other closer FORD service centers but I will not because of the big city treatment.
