Service visit to Ryan Ford set up by Mason Koch Mason always has things under control. I called in from a business trip to Corpus Christi for an issue with my navigation system and since my regular service was almost due I ask Mason to set me up with an appointment to take care of both. He quickly scheduled a visit for me a couple of days later when I was back in town and took care of my regular service and the nav system issue. I can always count on Mason to get the job done right and I wouldn't go anywhere but Ryan.

Weekend disaster avoided I experienced a problem while on a trip from Boerne, Texas to Houston., Texas. We stopped in Sealy, Texas at the Ryan Ford dealership where we dealt with a young man named Mason Koch. I briefly explained what was happening and he looked under the car and immediately recognized the problem. A heat shield had come loose and was flapping around making noise. 2012 F-150 STX Maintenance Mason Koch is my vehicle advisor - I trust Mason. I had oil and filter changed in the engine and transmission, coolant flush, spark plugs and injectors service.

Excellent customer service-friendly and efficient. I recently had a not-so-good experience with the East Bernard Ford service does/dealership where my husband bought his truck.
