We trust Ryan Ford and service all our Fords with them. We drive over an hour to have Carlos C. take care of our Ford Expedition our 2016 Ford F 250. Carlos keeps in communication with us every step of the way in the service process. We appreciate that he is considerate of our time always. Carlos is great!!

I’ve found my new dealer service center. Being out “in the country” just a bit makes a HUGE difference in quality, and for me it’s actually closer to home than the dealership where I bought my truck. I had a couple of manufacturer recalls taken care of (one of which involved dropping the drive shaft), an oil change and tire rotation and it took exactly the time promised. Great service. So glad I found them.

I can’t stress it enough when I say go to Carlos Conejo I was treated like family as soon as I walked through the door. His communication with the whole process of getting my truck fixed was above and beyond any other place I have ever been to. My next purchase will be from Ryan Ford as well just because of the service you get when the everyday car problem’s occur. I would recommend him to anyone, if you want to feel like your getting the service you deserve give him a call at Ryan Ford!!

First things first. This dealership is in a league of their own!!! It starts at the top with the owner Ryan. Thankfully he believes in selling cars at a great fair price. No games are played here!! There are no added market adjustments, no required tint, bed liner, pin stripping, and nitrogen in the tires for an extra $2000 like all the other dealerships try to pass on these days. Ford had a recall on the roof racks of our explorer, called service and spoke to Carlos Conejo. He verified the recall and would check on the parts. Called back later and we arranged for a 9:00 appointment. Went exactly as I had hoped it would. Good to have someone provide great service. If I need repairs, this will be the place to go.
