Great service from every member of this dealership. Carlos Conejo was outstanding. I had a manufacturer's recall on my 2018 Explorer and it was handled promptly, with extreme courtesy and professionalism. Highly recommend this dealership.

Best Experience I have ever had at a dealership !!. Handled the recall bulletins, replaced & programed the center display module. All in a record turn around time. It was worth the 50 mile round trip to have Brad Zook and the Great hospitality, honesty and integrity of Ryan Ford service my F150. I was in the auto industry for 7 years and this is the only place I will buy a Ford. They don't play games and everything is above board. If you are in the market and you don't give this dealership a shot you are probably going to cost yourself thousands of dollars. My salesman Curtis was really professional. Eric the Sales Director worked quickly to get me in and out. Marco did an excellent job explaining all my warranty options. I continue to enjoy Ryan Ford especially the service department (here’s the but….)if I’m being honest I’m really glad to see that the I-10 construction is slowly starting to wind down near the dealership 🙏🙏) I have to pass two other dealerships to get to Ryan Ford (that in and of itself as a testament to the team there !) and the construction has made it a bit of a challenge to maintain my loyalty, but the team inside makes it worthwhile !
