My recent experience with Ryan Ford was in the service department. With Julian Vergara in the service department I would give them 5 stars, without Julian, 0 stars. The person makes all the difference to the experience in this case. Julian’s service is exceptional and he has earned our repeat business for Ryan Ford.
I bought a truck from Ryan Ford online and the experience was exceptional. Mark Rios and the entire team made the experience extremely efficient and seamless. By the time I arrived to pick up my truck, I only had to spend about 15 minutes at the dealership. Do yourself a favor and give Ryan Ford a chance to earn your business.
UPDATED: Took my car in for non working HVAC blower. They told me it would need a new blower for $661 all in. 2014 Mustang. I just had them give me my car back, cost me over $200 in diagnostic fees. Pulled the blower out and bench tested it and it worked fine. Downloaded Ford wiring diagram. Put blower back in and bypassed the relay under the hood and it worked fine.
