Had an appointment for recall work on radio head unit. On arrival there was a mechanic outside who was very friendly and helped me get where I needed to go. Check in was different. One guy working and he was looking for other guy, but in my 2.5 hours there he never appeared to show up. In the 2.5 hours I was there I saw 3 other customers come in for service so the load didn't seem very heavy on the front end. I watched my car pull into the carport and sit there for 30 mins. Overcharged from quoted price by almost $200, reported would stay with car but they documented dropping it off resulting in a 4 hour stay because other customers were marked as stay with car - no urgency to accommodate due to the mistake. Poor customer service especially with the miscommunication. Will not recommend and will not return.

Made an appointment to get get my car serviced and inspected but they did not adhere to the schedule they agreed to. I ended up having to take my vehicle from them because after keeping it and extra day, they still had not brought my car in to get work completed. I had to take it back and now look for another dealership because I can't trust that when I make an appointment, that it will be adhered to. About 2 weeks after service at Romeo Subaru, I heard a very unsettling noise coming from the front of the vehicle. I took it to my personal mechanic and it turned out that the lug nuts were not tightened properly on the Driver Side Front Tire. I don't believe I would take my car to Romeo again. Also, they told me I had an oil leak but didn't know where it was and they also "forgot" to send me the video walk around where the technician explains possible faults with the vehicle.
