Beth and Phil were excellent! Excellent customer service!
Beth and Phil were the perfect combo for my service,even being fully booked they were able to accommodate me and get me on the road as soon as possible. It feels like family going to the dealership,would definitely recommend this shop for your Subaru maintenance.
So I was there a month ago and the service was subpar. I gave them honest feedback of the situation and on this service visit it was a complete 180. After the attention I received this visit I will be happy to use their service in the future. They appear to have taken my concerns to heart and made some changes in customer service and now are at the top of their game which is pretty exemplary.
