Romeo Subaru was very prompt and transparent. Great customer service.
I came in to have my tires changed from my snow to my summer tires, and one of the tires had to be mounted. When I saw the appointment online, it said 15 minutes I thought that was a bit short but I think an hour and a half was way too long. I'm saying that because everywhere is closed during the week when I get out of work so I have to spend my Saturday doing my errands so my time is limited! Receptionist was very personable. They fixed my problem with Sos light and remote start that Northcountry Subaru supposedly fixed before.

Beth and Phil were the perfect combo for my service,even being fully booked they were able to accommodate me and get me on the road as soon as possible. It feels like family going to the dealership,would definitely recommend this shop for your Subaru maintenance.
So I was there a month ago and the service was subpar. I gave them honest feedback of the situation and on this service visit it was a complete 180. After the attention I received this visit I will be happy to use their service in the future. They appear to have taken my concerns to heart and made some changes in customer service and now are at the top of their game which is pretty exemplary.
