My cars were broken into and they took the extra keys to both vehicles! I received no help from whiteman’s to protect my vehicles from getting stolen! How is this helping customers!
Horrible time in your service department today. Brought truck in for recall of snowplow shorting out radio under heavy load. Came out with some ghetto Hotwire of plow solenoid to positive battery terminal. Wish I could post a picture. It’s laughable! Now I’m told to remove it from truck I have to sign a waiver of warranty. I’m going to go to another local dealership and see if this is the” Chevy engineer “ fix for the problem. If it is, Chevy is in trouble!
RecommendedDOES NOT RECOMMEND!!!! The service department is rude and disfunctional. I was treated so rudely trying to overcome their mistake. The service manager called me back, unfortunately he was the person I was complaing about, so no accountability. Then when i asked him to hold while I waited on a customer, he hung up. Too bad you cant leave negative stars.
We saw a car we liked on their website and inquired about it on Friday March 3, 2017. Shortly after I got 2 emails confirming that the car was still available, and 1 phone call on Saturday morning confirming it was still available so I set up a time on Saturday afternoon to look at it. I told the person who called that I would be there between 11-12 because I had to go to Albany to clean my items and remove the plates off my totaled car. We have buying trucks for 30 years from Whiteman. Had a son who bought brand new last year. That being said my eldest son just went in to buy a truck and the way he described his experience we will be seeking out new dealerships for the next 30 years. As a nurse integrity is of high priority and Whiteman's seem to have lost this.
Body shop great, service department has to be as bad as it gets it gets.
The service men/womam are low life criminals who would rather have me waste my time and charge me money instead of taking 5 mins to actually look into the problem I'm having.(very common problem took one search to find almost endless info on this topic)
