service department is horrible! When your told your truck is complete and at time of pick up it has issues 3 times in a row You have to question the quality of this dealership!! They can't even test drive to make sure it works before customer arrives to get it. unbelievable
Apparently they think it’s ok for an employee to take a customer’s vehicle home, drive it to the grocery store, then to a bar/restaurant and take their girlfriend on a date in the customers vehicle without any permission!! GM will be hearing about this!
I called last week for NYS inspection on my truck the lady on the phone said they were not taking any customers after 3;30 but open to 7pm so i went to nemer they took me right in & inspected my truck 10 minutes Romeo you deserve all the bad reviews written stay away from them

Eric wright was a great salesman. when I got my suv it needed work which they fixed except for my on star.when I went to pick it up Eric tried to set up my trial on the onstar it would not work. so I figured whitemans would take care of. They wanted me to pay a diagnostic charge. had it almost a year and on star still does not work. besides these problems it is great.not sure if I will go back here.Thank you to eric.
!!!!!! EXTREMELY LONG READ !!!!!! Just a heads up to current and potential whiteman Chevrolet customers, please keep my story in mind. The issue first started with my ac not working correctly, so I made an appointment to have it looked at. The tech looked at quickly and told me nothing was wrong and brushed it off. Bought a new truck 8000 miles later truck broke down and is at the shop with an unknown repair time no loaner "available" so paying 100 a day for a rental and they say it's not thier fault they will trade it in for like a $15000 loss.
