RecommendedI recently dropped off our 2019 RAV 4 for it's first checkup ( 5000 mi). I was met by a very professional person who did a walk around and explained to me what was to be done. I asked her about a "whine" the car made when shifting out of D or R to N or P. She immediately gave me the technical reason and I'm completely satisfied with that.
