We purchased our Toyota Camry and Toyota Highlander from Price Toyota in New Castle, Delaware. The entire staff at Price are very friendly and they make you feel welcome and at ease while transacting business with them. While you are there for service, they handle your vehicle with care. Currently, when your vehicle gets there for service, they do pre and post fumigation with virucidal disinfectant. Service is very reasonable. Collision shop did a great job fixing my car, dealing with my insurance company & rental car coordination.
All my servicing for my previous Rav4 was done at Price - had the car for 10 years - passed the car onto a family member and it's still runs great. Still using Price for servicing on my current Rav4 (3 1/2 years now). Just had it detailed at Price - it looks new. Also - I used the Uber service they set up for me (Price pays the cost) - never used a car service before. It was so convenient. My compliments to CSR Raeshel for handling all the scheduling and for being so conscientious to make sure this went smoothly for me.
Sales experience was wonderful! Couldn't have asked for a better salesperson than Nick!! Finance process was smooth, over all a solid 5!
My husband and I had a fantastic experience purchasing our new truck. Mike Casper was our salesperson and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Ernie handled the financial aspect of our purchase and he was also very friendly and helpful. I truly can't imagine a better car buying experience then the one we had a Price Toyota!
