The staff and work was all great. My complaint is that it took 15 days to fix a small dent in the rear fender. It took 4 separate shipments to get a fender that could be used for repair. I had to pay personally for some car rental days because it took so long.

They diagnosed the problem on my hybrid rav 4, fix the problem My service advisor súper. He also providencial me with a Lyft to get home n back to pick it up. Great customer service. On prices I said a 3 but above average in customer service.
