Price Toyota Service provided exceptional and HONEST service. 2017 Camry was blowing hot air. A Wilmington mechanic shop told us that the compressor was bad and needed replacing at a price of $2700. I did my own diagnostic and identified issues with the AC sensor, AC pressure switch and irregular refrigerant. I replaced the AC sensor and scheduled Price Toyota Service to diagnose and cherge the AC system. My service technician, Mike Childers was very helpful. From the time I dropped off my car until the time I picked it up. He kept me informed along the way. When diagnostics uncovered some service I was not expecting, he answered all my questions and provided an estimate of cost. He was able to apply a credit I had received plus located points I had that had not been applied, bringing my total cost down to a manageable amount. I recently visited Price Toyota as part of my car maintenance. My last several visits I was told to keep an eye on my tires it was getting close to time to replace them. Mike and Price Toyota are good at keeping you informed of upcoming sales & promotions. We are definitely very happy customers! This is our second purchase there with Bianca Miller in the last year! I scheduled service for my 22 Tundra. #1 I was greeted immediately while pulling into the service area. The service writer, Damion Kinslow was about the most professional, personable employee I’ve met. Everyone was top notch. Total time there was only about 1/2 hour and easy on my wallet. Thanks Price !

Price Toyota is perhaps one of the best car dealerships I have been to in a long time. I want to mention Matt Gill, he has excellent customer service and keeps you in the loop while the car is being serviced.
