Service good but prices on the high side

Our transmission went out of our 2018 Ford Escape while on vacation. We were traveling through Delaware and were fortunate to be within a few miles of a Ford dealership. We managed to get there and they wouldn't help - said they couldn't look at our car until Sept 4. We were able to get to Price Honda a few miles away and the first thing the folks at Price said was can we get our mechanic to check out your car? We were satisfied with the oil and filter change, and the associated services, but we were very disappointed that we were charged $30.00 to replace a brake light bulb. This appears to extremely excessive.
